Sculptural Graffiti- Abandon Cars intervention close to Charles Darwin University, Casuarina Costal Reserve on a track leading into the mangroves where people fish, walk anti-social dogs, drink and dump cars.
Playing with one of these dumped cars I created a temporary Graffiti in response to the 'return to nature' entropic process that was happening to the car or any metal exposed to salt. But I was also interested in a possible interacting with this artwork. So I set it up pre Territory Day and left it overnight. I imagined fireworks going off around it showering it with colour- I can back the next day and this is what I found.
